From fresh new ideas to the reformulation of existing products, our approach is bespoke, always working in partnership with our customers to create the perfect drink.About the RoleReporting to Production Supervisors, you will be operating high speed filling equipment with prime responsibility for maximising output efficiencies, consistent with the maintenance of strict quality, hygiene and safety standards. Hours of operation between 5am and Midnight dependent on role and shift. We have various roles available across the production facility.Main Responsibilities· Work as part of the production team, (including mixing products, labelling boxes, packing on the production line) to see through the manufacturing of our product from initial ingredient pick to picking, loading & dispatching of completed orders.· Ensure all daily departmental duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner.· Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation within the department.· Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the manager or supervisor.· Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding Health and Safety in the workplace.· Adhere to procedures regarding the proper use and care of equipment and materials associated with the role.· Work within a designated department in a position within the team as designated by the Supervisor/ManagerDesired Skills & Experience· You must be able to demonstrate a good level of numeracy and literacy skills.· You’ll be a team player with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to do your very best.· You will be reliable, conscientious, and able to work on their own initiative.· Flexible, Committed and punctuality.· Previous experience within a food manufacturing facility would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.Benefits30 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)Time and attendance related monthly supermarket voucher.Performance related monthly bonus.Pension Scheme availableExcellent training and development planJob Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: From £10.95 per hourSchedule:OvertimeWeekend availabilitySupplemental pay types:Bonus schemeYearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Blackpool, FY3 9EU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Education:GCSE or equivalent (preferred)Work Location: In person
