Go home smelling of roses!Primary functionsCounting, putting on and adding the required number of flowers, greenery and/or decorative products on the belt according to the required production speedMaking of parallel bouquetsPreparing for production of products of glass and/or potsSleeving and/or wrapping of bouquets, boxing, strapping and bucket fillingPacking of bouquets into buckets and or boxes without supervision and checking the specifications in a timely plannerNoticing quality deviations and inform the Line Leader immediatelyEffective product handling to prevent damage during the production process.Label the packaging ensuring the correct specifications are adhered toLabel plants, ensuring the correct specifications are adhered toKeeping the production floor clean and tidy work areaResponsibilitiesPreparing and completion of bouquets and plants within the production areasWorking safely and efficiently, keeping the work area neat and tidyOther Considerations: 4 day shiftsSun – Tues 10:00 – 22:00 & Wednesday 14:30 – 22:00/OR/Wednesday 06:00 – 13:30 & Thurs – Sat 06:00 – 18:00Occasional additional shifts as required in order to facilitate the needs of the businessSalary scale: £10.42, overtime after 42.5 hoursUnsociable hours 00:00-06:00 at 15%Contributory Pension SchemeAnnual leave: 23 Days including bank holidaysJob Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £10.42 per hourBenefits:Casual dressCompany eventsFree parkingGym membershipOn-site parkingFlexible Language Requirement:English not requiredSchedule:12 hour shiftDay shiftOvertimeWeekend availabilitySupplemental pay types:Loyalty bonusAbility to commute/relocate:North Cave: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In person
