What will this role of Cash & Banking Administrator entail?
You’ll join a Cash & Banking team that is responsible for managing various administrative tasks within the Group’s banking function.
They are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cash operations of the Group and ensuring that all cash transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Some of the key responsibilities of the Cash & Banking Administrator include:
- Reconciling of daily banking transactions on the Group’s banking platforms and be the point of contact for all queries relating to cash and banking
- Reviewing and raising queries where discrepancies arise, and liaising with branch colleagues and other members of the finance team for escalation and clearance
- Bank account reconciliations across all entities each month
- Maintenance of bank accounts, documents and relevant information within the Group
- You will support the Cash & Banking Supervisor and wider Finance Team with ad-hoc tasks, assist in project work where applicable and be involved in daily, weekly, monthly reporting as necessary
What will I need in order to be considered for this role?
The ideal candidate will have been involved in cash, banking or payments processing within a complex business, in addition to:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
- A keen eye for detail, with accurate and timely data entry skills
- IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude, along with the ability to work on own initiative

You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, with working hours Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5pm.
