Job description
The Production Operatives will cover a 3 shift pattern across mornings, afternoons and nights.
Core duties and responsibilities of Production Operatives:
- A Foundry Operative is required to assist on the manufacturing floor
- The Foundry Operative will have good dexterity and precision as the job involves using small tools and handling delicate parts
- Duties involve preparing, cleaning and casting moulds or nozzle guide vanes, whilst ensuring the cell meets targets and deadlines
- The successful candidate will have good hands on skills and precision as the job involves using small tools and using machinery
- Training will be provided
What we require from the candidate:
Key Skills and experience required for Production Operatives:
- Will be open to various backgrounds – But have excellent manual dexterity skills as will be working in fine details with their hands
- Have excellent hand to eye coordination
- Attention to detail
- Have a background in Manufacturing/Production environments
