Job description
Do you want to help produce the best resin miniatures in the world in a fast paced production environment?
Are you persistent in doing what needs to be done day in, day out, making sure the job is done correctly, down to the last detail?
We are looking for Production Operatives to demould, pack and quality check the resin miniatures and components we produce to turn them into finished products.
In this permanent role, you will be responsible for keeping other team members up to date on the status of production, this will ensure others are in the right place at the right time.
All staff are asked to always look to improve the things we do; never being satisfied that what we do is the best way we could ever do it, this job is no exception.
You will engage in continuous improvement, actively contributing suggestions and helping to implement solutions and business improvements.
