Witham Oil and Paint Ltd is a privately-owned, family run business with its Head Office in Lincoln and trade depot in Cambridgeshire, the business is today collectively known as The Witham Group and has been trading for over 102 years. Build on an enviable reputation of quality and service, we manufacture a vast range of lubricants, oils and greases and supply a unique range of paint, cleaning and many other products to a wide range of customers. Specialising in agriculture, plant and off road, haulage and horticultural industries, we also supply many other markets such as green energy, engineering, country estates, motorsport, construction and marine.Due to expansion, we now need an important new Production Operative to work at our busy factory in Lincoln. The role involves the picking and packing of customer orders, processing and administering stock through the warehouse, labelling packaging and assisting with the manufacturing of our products and helping with the upkeep of the factory, as well as carrying out a whole variety of other general duties.We need someone who is a hard worker and team player and will to carry out their duties with pride and care. Along with ensuring health and safety and our core values and service standards are maintained at the highest level. Sound literacy and numeracy skills are required for this role, plus an ability to think for themselves and become a dedicated member of a hugely successful team.
