So what would you be doing?
You would join our team in what we call an ‘introductory manufacturing role’ performing uncomplicated tasks that, with full training, we would anticipate you becoming competent in during a very short period of time. Once competent at our ‘introductory manufacturing roles’ we will actively work with you to become a skilled production operative, packing operative or hygiene operative earning anything up to £31,674.83 p/a.
When will you be working?
Our Production roles are advertised on a permanent day's / night's basis working 05:45hrs to 18:00hrs or 17:45hrs to 06:00hrs on a 4on 4off shift pattern, with limited Monday - Friday hours.
What skills and qualifications would you need?
Essential
- No previous production, packing or hygiene experience needed - just a willingness to learn, plenty of enthusiasm and the passion to deliver a quality product.
- The job can entail some activities which require a degree of physical capability
- The job will also require you to be on your feet for the duration of shift
Desirable
- Experience in a fast moving factory environment, preferably working with food
