We are looking for highly motivated Production Operatives at our site in Bromborough who can follow complex directions to produce high quality goods for our customers. The main purpose of the Production Operative role is to process and pack product in line with customer specification in line with deadlines, whilst meeting all necessary KPIs in terms of volume and efficiency Your job will include (but not limited to) To pack the raw material according to the specifications, pack the product into baskets, OCM baskets and stack onto pallet and changing the specifications at change overs. Having a high understanding of quality, ensuring that the raw material is within the specifications before packing Ensuring all steaks, and chops and bellies are being maximised, maintaining the yield as shown on the line schematics To ensure the site is audit ready always and in line with our procedures. Monitoring giveaway levels and keeping to a minimum in line with line schematics Actively reduce floor waste be ensuring the product is handled correctly Keeping waste to a minimum, by managing the yield as shown online schematics Always follow GMP To be aware that your role and the procedures are designed to ensure the safety and quality standards of the food we produce You will work from 0700am - 15.30pm, working any 5 days over 6, with Sunday's as a rest.
