Production Operators required Kegging department
We are a very busy Spirit and Beer Company located in Runcorn Industrial estate; we are looking for production operators to join our team. Your role plays a critical part in the operation therefore it is VITAL that before you apply for this role you read the criteria for the job as the role is both demanding and fast-paced and requires someone with a great eye for detail.
3-month contract could extend
Training rate weekly pay £457 - Rising to £838 post-training sign off which is usually
12 weeks -As this is a temporary role depending on capability there will be some flexibility in this.
12-hour shift patterns- a mixture of days and nights - must be fully flexible working between Mondays to Sundays working on average 40 hours weekly.
Current FLT license preferred not essential Runcorn.
Role/skills
A Depal / Repal operator
The primary role is to run a designated machine to fulfil the requirement of the Depal / Repal areas
Resetting faults and fault finding
Preferably have previous FMCG experience but not essential
Operates and maintains machinery
Monitors production, adjusting feed and other settings as required
Identifies the need for and performs routine machine maintenance and minor repairs
Plans correct sequence of tasks to complete the assignment of goods
An awareness of good health and safety practices within a busy manufacturing environment
Ability to explain and have experience working within The Five S's and lean production
An ability to learn quickly with a proactive approach to self-development, and a teamwork approach
An eye for spotting issues on your designated machine or calling for support in a timely manner
Demonstrate a desire to go above and beyond your standard duties when the line is down, or opportunities arise
Qualifications / Skills
Excellent coordination
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Physically fit as the role is demanding
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy weights (20 kilograms)
Preferred not Essential -Current FLT license essential - Counter balance RTITB UK registered - FLT B1 5 tons
