We are looking for a Shift Manager who has a proven track record in supervising and motivating employees in a fast-paced environment. The Shift Manager is responsible for the safety of customers at all times, and will be required to work directly with the team to create a positive, welcoming and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make food while working in a fast-paced, crowded restaurant environment.
- Respond to customer questions and complaints.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area., and maintain an organized, stocked work area.
- Respond to customer needs in a friendly and timely manner.
- Ample time management skills.
- Effective communication with supervisors, managers and staff.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to resolve conflict with customers and co-workers.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
