Job description
Reporting to the senior leadership team, the Junior Juice Production Manager plays a key role in our business. You will work closely with the Senior Juice Production Manager to create, innovate and elevate our juice products. You will organize the daily workflow that adheres to our supply chain timelines. A day in the life: supporting a complete juice cycle - from crushing and producing to bagging + boxing and bottling fresh 100% fruit and vegetable juice. You will assist in facility cleaning (pre and post-operation), and facility organization and maintenance. Agility and openness for change, growth, and evolving new and current products and processes are a must.
Role Requirements

- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
- support in facility training and contribute to bi-weekly senior leadership meetings
- enforce all company policies and ensure safety compliance
- demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility
- proficiency in microsoft excel
- ability to work independently for long, shift-work type hours
