Sales DirectorLocation: Hybrid. Home/30 Moorgate, London EC2R 6DNHours: 37.5 hours a week - flexible for the right candidateSalary: Up to £60,000We are The Intrapreneurs Club, we have a growing community of 20,000 career professionals and our mission is to accelerate the diverse talent pipelines for some of the best organisations in the UK.We get high-performing and diverse talent to excel in their careers by delivering mentoring programmes that build confidence, develop tech skills, and create a long-term community of career support.Joining us as the Sales Director, you’ll be taking responsibility for finding clients who want to partner with us to support diversifying their talent pipelines. You will be working across the full career lifecycle.Working closely with our community engagement and programme team, you will own and lead business development activities. You will generate timely, relevant and regular interactions with clients so they are able to recruit diverse career talent into their organisations.This role presents a significant opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to make a difference in improving social impact.To be successful in this role, you will have experience in business development, sales, and or recruitment. You will be customer focused and able to lead a team. You will understand lead generation, nurturing and engaging people to support our social purpose of improving the career opportunities for those from underserved backgrounds.With excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to confidently present ideas and build rapport, you will have hands-on experience in sales, business development and or recruitment.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Director, you will have well-developed networking skills and will know how to get senior sponsorship support in organisations of all sizes.The role is demanding and diverse and it involves:Identifying and prospecting clients/companies that have a stated aim to become an organisation with a truly diverse workforce.Building rapport with internal stakeholders at client companies with a view to partnering and delivering on their CSR or Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging and Leadership programmes.Creating and attending networking events to raise awareness of The Intrapreneurs Club’s mission to diversify the technology industry through its products and services.Ensuring your work aligns with The Intrapreneurs Club’s strategic goals, working collaboratively with the Executive team for all reporting on activity.Ensuring the views of underrepresented people with experience guide your work and actively seek opportunities to involve our community.Providing flexibility and undertaking other duties that may from time to time be necessary, and that are compatible with the nature and grade of this post.ExpectationsAll members are expected to embody our mission, values, and competencies.
