As a Production Manager with an esteemed FMCG manufacturing company, you'll be at the forefront of driving efficiency, quality, and innovation within our production processes. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our production lines, optimizing resource utilization, and leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the production department, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to ensure the timely delivery of products.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency while maintaining the highest level of product quality.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire production teams to achieve targets, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
