Gemini Print is an award-winning eco-certified nationwide commercial printing company with a Shoreham-by-Sea (West Sussex) based HQ providing outstanding printing, mailing and promotional services and solutions for more than 40 years.
We are expanding the client services team, based in Shoreham, by welcoming new hardworking and pro-active colleagues.
You need a ‘fine eye for detail’, the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
with clients and colleagues, plus the desire to achieve excellence in everything you do is very important. The quality of client experience is critical to the Gemini Print strategy so
it can be very challenging balancing multiple deadlines and the pressures of bespoke print manufacturing.
Account & Client Services Executives are integral to the success of Gemini Print, playing a vital role in retaining happy clients, building relationships and contributing to business development opportunities.
Key Attributes
- Knowledge of the Optimus or Tharstens MIS system would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given
- Commercial printing knowledge would be ideal, but an excellent track record in customer service will be considered
- Excellent telephone manner
- Computer literacy is essential with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Good numerical skills
- Efficient and organised
- The proven ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Work very well under pressure
- Excellent client-facing skills
- The commitment and passion to excel
