About the Production Supervisor job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an additional Production Supervisor in this company’s key growth area. Working alongside the existing team in all aspects of production, you’ll be supervising tasks to ensure business requirements are met and following production procedures to the required standards.
Key tasks
· Supervise production of all products across each line, working to achieve production targets.
· Monitor the technical aspects of production processes, ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards.
· Work with technical team to implement quality management systems and processes and ensure compliance with relevant food safety and quality standards, including HACCP, SALSA and BRCGS.
· Work hands on in production as needed and supervise production team members, communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
· Report any quality or health and safety issues to the management team.
· Participate in technical audits and inspections.
About You
You will need a track record of supervisory experience in food production. In addition:
· Positive work ethic and ‘can do’ attitude.
· Working knowledge of food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and BRCGS.
· Attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good problem-solving skills.
· A reliable, enthusiastic team player.

The Production Supervisor job is based in the Bradford area and is paying £25,000 - £27,000 according to your experience.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm with a paid lunch break.
