This position will require the successful candidate to maintain a safe and secure environment for our client by patrolling and monitoring the site, performing fire evacuation and testing procedures, booking staff and visitors onto the site, incident management, post management, as well as coordinating the safe movement of both staff and visitors whilst they are on site. An SIA licence is needed for this role.
36 Hours a week, 12 hour NIGHT shifts covering Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. 20:00 - 8:00.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment and ensuring safe access to buildings at all times
- Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting
- Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
- Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation
- Access control
- Monitoring of alarms and CCTV system
- Controlling and monitoring access to the car parks
- Adhering to policies and procedures at all times
Please be advised of the below:
- The role will also involve some cleaning duties, keeping a general overall tidiness on site. This will include mopping, dusting, hoovering and emptying of the bins.
Essential Skills:
- Valid SIA licence
- Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
- Must be computer literate
- Commitment to providing first class customer service
- Good verbal and written communication
- Fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history
- Excellent attention to detail
