Job description
We are looking for a Production Coordinator to assist and support the Production team throughout all stages of production. You will work closely with the Production Manager and Production Executives as appropriate on all commissions and developments including attending studios, events and locations when necessary. You will be able to respond to all enquiries from production companies seeking guidance and advice where necessary.
What you'll do:
- Maintain internal trackers and combined overview schedules
- Maintain, implement & regulate production filing systems & processes to ensure consistency and clarity
- Maintain and manage contacts and distribution lists for production management team(s)
- Assist the Production Manager and Post Production Coordinator to maintain consolidated post schedules, work-flows and delivery paperwork (inc. Silvermouse and Soundmouse plus Diversity actual forms)
- Assist Production team with room bookings, visitors bookings, travel bookings, etc
- Offer key support to ensure key dates are in diaries with PA’s for Readthroughs, Production Meetings, EP viewings, locks and edit attendance days, external screenings, etc
- Regularly update and maintain talent ladders, rate cards and other production trackers
- Point of contact for trainees and graduates from various Sky initiatives.
