We have a fantastic career opportunity to join our Design Studio Team at RKW, Europe’s leading distributor and manufacturer of small domestic appliances and housewares products. Responsibilities and Duties
- Keep schedule/work progress updated to allow for visibility on job progress
- Work within Trello (Design studio project management system) with all job activity/communication
- Use correct file and folder naming procedure to ensure jobs can be identified and found
- Ensure brand guidelines are understood and followed at all times
- Work with the Design Studio Admin to manage sample access in and out of the department
- Work as part of the In-House Design studio alongside other media teams including Copy Writing, Graphic Design, Videography
- Work with the image retoucher to ensure high standards throughout the image workflow
- Work alongside the Studio Management team to ensure photography work is managed to agreed SLAs and targets
- Work with external design agencies where required
- Manage and engage with internal “clients” in the delivery of creative photography solutions. Core client base includes Buying (product), Brand Directors (product and sales) and Marketing (B2C and B2B marcomms)
- Studio photography requirements across all products within RKW’s brand portfolio. Products ranging from Small Kitchen Appliances to Outdoor living products
- Responsible for all product photography requirements ranging from cut out images to lifestyle images
- Provide creative solutions to meet a range of various business creative needs for box artworks, online content etc
- Deliver high quality imagery for new product launches including product photography and lifestyle photography
- Work closely with Food Stylist on food related imagery requirements and the Image editing team across all images to required quality standards
- Use Capture One and Photoshop to ensure smooth photoshoots working closely with the Creative Director
- Work across the company’s brands including Tower, Carmen and Warmlite ensuring creative content is delivered to brand guidelines
