Creatilogic Culture Media is a London based production company. For the past 5 years, we’ve been producing top quality TVC, documentary, short films, music videos and all types of visual contents. We are still a young and dynamic multi-cultural team, who pride ourselves on our creative crafts. We regularly undertake enquiries from clients from all around the globe. With an increasing in demand as our company grows, we are looking for a production assistant with films and TV industry background to join our team.
Job description:
- As a member of the production team within Creatilogic, you'll play an important role in the production process, coordinating production activities and operations.
- Provide creative target for all team members on a project, develop and pitch creative concepts to the team in order to proactively fulfill needs for contents.
- Write creative briefs, outlines, scripts, and interview questions.
- Produce comprehensive, accurate and clear production planning & reporting for all content production to be delivered by themselves or others, including budgeting, invoicing, call sheet and release form drafting and more.
- Ensure the cost of the allocated production remains within the budgeted parameters through good communication with the executive producer and clients. Ensure all financial reporting is up to date and validated for allocated events.
- Continually liaising with all members of various productions to ensure the smooth running of the shoots.
- Act as point of contact with production and post production members to organise all technical and facility requirements.
- Ensure that workflows and protocols are adhered to and consistent with production shoots.
- Understanding & implementation of production Health & Safety requirements.
- Write comprehensive Risk Assessments to ensure all safety & security provisions are in place. Currently, this includes management of Covid safety on events.
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge Required for the Role:
- Significant pre-production & onset experience required.
- A BA or MA degree in filmmaking, media or relevant areas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate internally, externally and at different levels.
- The ability to be focused, prioritise and make the right choice.
- The ability to deal with and handle high intensity work schedule, as well as complex decision-making situations with sensitivity and impartiality.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English. Other language skills are a plus.
- Preferred fluent Chinese speaker and applicants who are familiar with Chinese culture.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere.
For the candidates who need Tier 2 sponsor visa, you must have a strong relevant working and studying experiences in the same industry.

Salary: £24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
