New Seasons Natural Products Ltd is a rapidly growing essential oils and skincare company, producing and bottling high-quality goods for both domestic and international markets. We are currently based in Grove Business Park and will soon be relocating to Swindon, conveniently located just off Junction 16 of the M4. We are seeking a skilled individual with experience in production and/or warehousing, who can adapt to the demands of the customer while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
This position is available for an immediate start, and training will take place initially at our Grove Business Park location before moving with the company to Swindon.
Key Qualifications:
· Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing customer demands.
· Proven track record of working quickly, accurately, and with great attention to detail.
· Ability to maintain focus and composure in a fast-paced work environment.
· Strong team player who can maintain focus over long periods of time
Responsibilities:
· Operate production line equipment, such as bottling & capping and labelling machine.
· Assemble goods on a production line.
· Report equipment faults to management
· Finish products, such as applying labels and packing.
· Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks.
· Pack goods ready for shipment in crates or other containers
· Ensure jobs are completed and deadlines are met, which may require additional working hours.
· Clean and maintain work areas and machinery.
