Job description
Do you want to be involved in the future of the automotive industry; creating lighting that will be used on vehicles around the world?
Would you like to take on a role that allows you to take ownership of your work and get rewarded for your contribution and commitment?
Do you ever feel that your current role just isn't fulfilling or rewarding enough?
In your new role as a Production and Kitting Operative working with us, you can expect to work within a fast-paced production environment where you will be recognised for your contribution to the team.
We're looking for reliable team-players who we can invest in and develop for the future at our factory near Winchester.
Imagine working in a company where you can create solutions, share ideas, learn from others, work hard, make decisions, and have fun along the way! We are a small close-knit team that support each other like a family.
As a Production and Kitting Operative, you will enjoy working closely alongside your experienced colleagues to deliver and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction that the industry has to offer.
Knowing that you have contributed in a positive way and potentially changed someone's life for the better is part of the job. This Production and Kitting Operative role provides rewards that you could not put a price on.
We have a reputation for establishing a working environment that encourages fun and creativity. We want to encourage you to make decisions that affect your work and consider continuous improvements. Come and be a part of a winning team, working amongst like-minded people, who want to do the best in everything they do.
For this Production and Kitting Operative role, you will be working in our production facility. The work is varied from making sure all jobs are fully kitted before the production start date to assembling LED interior lighting and putting the different components together. Or you could be tending to one of the machines we have here from the laser etching products to loading and unloading our gluing robot.
