Job description

Inductosense is growing rapidly and is now looking for a Production Administrator to work within the Production Team. This is an entry level role that requires enthusiasm, the ability to work well as part of a team, flexibility and a high level of attention to detail.

About Inductosense:

Inductosense is a Bristol-based company that designs and manufactures ultrasonic sensor technologies for internal corrosion and erosion monitoring. You will join our team of industry experts, including engineers and academics, who have successfully deployed our WAND solutions with major operators across the world.

The WAND technology is an embeddable wall thickness monitoring system that enables accurate, repeatable measurements. Our solution enables our customers to digitise their data, whether they require manual or remote data capture.

The Role

You will have an ability to work to deadlines with a flexible approach to the varied tasks required of the role, which include:

Responsibilities:

  • Generating customer documents including packing lists and commercial invoices
  • Booking domestic and international shipments, adhering to the regulations of each destination
  • Assembly and testing of the products
  • Packing customer orders
  • Monitoring production stock levels
  • Ordering products and services from supplier companies
  • Interfacing with suppliers and equipment manufacturers to resolve issues and ensuring quality requirements are met
  • Ensuring safe working practices are always adhered to and general housekeeping is maintained to a high standard

  • Computer literate and experience with Microsoft Word (essential)
  • Experience with using Xero (desirable)

  • Experience of quality control (desirable)
  • Experience of ISO9001 (desirable)
