Webexpenses is a SaaS company headquartered in West Oxfordshire. We have grown quickly into a major player in the online expense management market and we now serve over 300,000 users across the world. Our main objective is to enable businesses to be more efficient and effective by removing the need for manual processes and improving our clients visibility of their company spend.


We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Product (UX) Designer to join our growing team. In this is a role you will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance the user experience. You will also design the overall functionality of the solution, working closely with the Front End Developer and Product teams.


You will do this by:
  • Enhancing the interface and user experience; contributing and adhering to the design language and visual identity of our products.
  • Designing for a wide range of accessibility needs, devices and interfaces.
  • Producing visual assets including wireframes, high resolution designs and graphics.
  • Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions.
  • Contributing to a collaborative Scrum environment.
  • Communicating design ideas to the Technical team.
  • Supporting the Lean development practices that support rapid iterative development and MVP thinking.


To be considered for this exciting role candidates will have:
  • A solid grasp of user-centred design and experience of working in a similar role. Planning and conducting user research, user and A/B testing.
  • Extensive production experience with at least one web framework
  • Experience in using UX best practices and tooling to design solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a SaaS Agile Product Team.
  • Ability to write well-defined user stories, case studies and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience of working with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript. Agile methodologies including Scrum and/or Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
