Job description
As a member of the SOTF core team, you will also own Operations Data Academy as a product, working in partnership with SOTF lead, Subject Matter Experts for data strategy, analytic tools, learning partners, LOB transformation leads and firm-wide data governance teams, to drive the planning and execution of our objective to inspire and equip CIB Ops talent to increase data literacy and accelerate the digital transformation across the firm. You will also be responsible for engaging with cross-functional teams across the firm to understand knowledge gaps, requirement drivers and advance ODA design and strategy.
Job responsibilities
- Drive the execution of Operations Data Academy (ODA) product lifecycle including market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, feedback, and module/learning content releases
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, user journey, technical requirements, and metrics for tracking adoption and ROI
- Define, communicate, and maintain product vision, roadmap, capabilities, service features, and prioritize delivery in collaboration with data subject matter experts
- Implement and manage roadmap for ODA development, enhancements, adoption and engagement in accordance with product vision and strategy. Develop and maintain production timelines across multiple dependent teams as well as stakeholder status dashboard
- Prioritize and maintain ODA backlog. Define Objectives and Key Results and report on product offering value
- Work with design resources, learning instruction/partners, and data SMEs in order to offer UX-centric multimedia content and curriculum that is integrative (not recreating existing content), engaging and meets the various learning needs of employees no matter where they are in their data journey
- Manage 1-2 associates as shared resources to drive engagement across full offerings of SOTF as well as lead/chair product/project implementation teams (i.e., SMEs, business and learning partners) to ensure successful delivery, adoption and increased engagement of SOTF ODA
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Solid experience and strong track record in program/project or product management
- Track record of growing and delivering successful programs/products with measurable impact
- Proven experience leading all elements of the program/product development lifecycle
- Previous experience delivering engagement/ marketing strategies to drive adoption of program/product
- Astute ability to partner across a large, global firm (e.g. across LOBs, regions, functions, levels) to drive actions
- A passion for creating positive experiences and is end-user obsessed
- Strategic thinker who is also able to successfully execute on great ideas; and strong relationship management skills with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
