Butler Rose is delighted to be supporting a well established, employer of choice in Hitchin with their search for a Transactional Manager. You will be joining a thriving business and will assist with achieving departmental and company goals. Helping to drive company culture and being the company representative for 3 transactional areas you will play a pivotal role in dealing with challenges and supporting with the delivery of business strategy, while motivating and engaging your teams to support them with their role.
Ideally, you will have experience as a Credit Control Manager, as well as across other transactional areas, (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury), and you will be well versed in implementing process and procedure improvements.
We are looking for someone who is a natural motivator, someone who enjoys managing teams and supporting them in reaching their goals.
