As a Finance Assistant, you will be part of the Finance and Accounting department, liaising with clients and internal partners across the globe. You will be accountable for full financial management of assigned sales contracts from inception to closure. You will help the teams with their revenue planning and will regularly educate internal partners on financial analysis and the performance of their projects. You will also create, reconcile and help deliver invoices in accordance with the individualized client contracts. Your impeccable financial compliance, project analysis and relationship-building skills will ensure clarity for all stakeholders.

From customer support to ensuring best practices, you will have strong administrative and execution skills. You will also have the courage to stand up for what is right, projecting confidence to the client teams and pushing back if the need requires.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least two years’ work experience working with contracts, billing, claims processing, budgets, customer service, administration or a similar field required
  • Proficiency in Excel required
  • Full fluency in English is required
  • You must be authorized to work in the UK on a full-time basis
