The Role
We are looking for a highly driven Product Owner to navigate uncharted territory. This role will involve having ownership of the full product life cycle, and ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of the DAO space. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, adept at executing complex projects, and never shies away from a challenge.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and translate user needs into actionable product requirements and detailed user stories for the design and development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, manage the product backlog, and drive the creation of innovative features.
- Supervise product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Establish, monitor, and analyze product KPIs, making necessary strategy adjustments.
- Build relationships with external stakeholders to stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
- Plan and manage work with the development team, ensuring alignment with product strategy.
About You
You should have significant experience in product ownership, ideally within B2C SaaS startups or the blockchain sector. Your exceptional organisational skills and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently will be crucial. We're searching for a resilient problem solver who can navigate the thrills and challenges of an emerging market.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product ownership, preferably in B2C SaaS startups or the blockchain sector.
- Proven track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in managing a product backlog and prioritisation.
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with DAOs and blockchain technology projects.
- Experience in managing products for decentralised autonomous organisations (DAOs) or similar projects.
