You will join the Corporate Bank (CB) CRM & Client Analytics team, which is responsible for working closely with the Corporate Bank’s Sales and Origination teams to conceptualise, implement and roll out platforms, tools, and analytics to help drive client strategy and business growth. Specifically, the team is responsible for developing sophisticated analytics tools, correlating diverse data points from various sources and lines of business to get a macro and comprehensive view of the CB and our client perimeter.
The team extensively works on creating self-service, sustainable platforms which are used by over 2000 bankers, salespeople and management and are responsible for driving data and insights orientated business momentum.

Your key responsibilities
- Drive a client focused analytics function Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Bank
- Develop, implement, and own a suite of analytics products that are instrumental in generating actionable insights for the sales, product, and coverage organisation
- Connect with senior heads across Coverage, Product Sales, Chief Operating Office (COO) and Technology to generate critical business insights that will enhance existing processes, generate incremental origination, drive sales campaigns, and create better business transparency
- Demonstrate thought influence and innovation by introducing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) practices to solve real business problems
- Manage front-to-back data and analytics initiatives and de-novo projects requiring the building of statistical models and identify critical business metrics
- Collaborate with other teams and tribes within CB to incrementally build data products in an agile manner and in line Deutsche Bank’s policies, reference data and technology framework
Your skills and experience
- Comfortable with managing large quantum of data and transforming it to actionable insights
- Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools (especially Tableau) and data querying through Structure Query Language (SQL). Working knowledge/ understanding of Python/R would be beneficial
- Experience managing/ supporting a large analytics platform focusing on revenue, deal pipeline or cost metrics
- Ability to manage projects and teams that span across multiple divisions, reporting lines and geographies
- Proven track record of connecting with senior stakeholders and ability to drive large change initiatives
