Sensata INSIGHTS are excited to be recruiting a Product Owner to join our Northern Ireland-based team, who will work with multiple global development teams to deliver new products and solutions to our customers. You will be part of a global development team, partnering with colleagues to lead cross-functional development teams

• Leads the development of new + existing products and solutions, inclusive of product features
• Supports defining the products/solution roadmap in line with Sensata INSIGHTS strategic goals, revenue targets and customer requirements
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Product Managers, Sales & Operations on the positioning of the products and ensuring that customer/market expectations are met
• Experience with agile/scrum development and fast to market development principles
• Provide leadership + guidance in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Demos and Retrospectives
• Leads team to translate the product vision into detailed requirements + tasks, defining program backlog refinement and planning
• Develop and manage all aspects of product development from planning, resources, budget, change and risks
• Define project success criteria, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis and communicate project metrics to the management team
• Drive Product launch + support operations with product ramp up

• A university degree or equivalent relevant 3yr+ Product development work experience
• Experience managing Hardware + Software product execution
• Proven track record of taking a product or group of products through significant growth in terms of customers and revenue
• Customer facing experience

• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity

• Working knowledge of applications such as Microsoft Office, Project, Microsoft Teams, JIRA, Oracle, Salesforce is desirable
• A strong public speaker in front of large, senior group
