Job description

Integra Partners is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our development team. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our Integra Product portfolio. Reporting directly to the Director of Product, you will be responsible for owning and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver exceptional value to our customers and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in the healthcare industry, own one or more products and have a solid understanding of product management techniques.

Salary: $87,000/annual

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Develop positive relationships with designated business units. Understand their business drivers and priorities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define the business impact and prioritize change requests within and across business units ensuring the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline.
  • Maintain reporting routines with various stakeholders to communicate status/blockers and change/fix implementation timing.
  • Assist in the analysis and resolution of production issues with business and technology partners to swiftly address and minimize impact to users and the business.
  • Own the product roadmap as well as the release plan, sprint goal and release goal for agile scrum team.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the agile scrum team to ensure the product is being built per requirement and in alignment with product vision.
  • Participate in the daily, weekly, and monthly scrum team activities by writing features and stories, works prioritizations, makes critical decisions, and builds the backlog for the product.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Computer, Information Technology or equivalent in related technical field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment for a product successfully delivered to market.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in a cross-functional team, dedicated to the complete product development lifecycle of successfully launched solutions.
  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team with designers, coders, integrators, and business teams.
  • Strong relationship building skills including the ability to communicate constructively across all levels of organization.
  • Experience capturing and managing software requirements as User Stories.
  • Experience facilitating backlog refinement.
  • Experience testing or verifying software meets the acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of software development lifecycles and activities.
  • Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
  • Strong listening, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical addresses.
  • Understanding of healthcare market, processes, regulations, and industry standards is a plus.
