Job description
As an Agile Product Owner / Manager, you will define the why, who, and what of our clients products —why it is worthwhile to develop this product, who will use it, and what features it should contain. You will maximise the value these products create for our clients and their users. This involves championing a vision, being the main contact point with clients, and liaising with the design and development teams to bring your vision to life..

- Build close and effective relationships with clients.
- Set clear product goals.
- Create strategy and roadmaps.
- Carry out product discovery.
- Ensure that the product backlog is stocked with clearly expressed items that help reach the product goals.
- Regularly update and refine the backlog, together with the designers and developers.
- Collect feedback from users, customers, and stakeholders on the product iterations.
- Agree on sprint goals with the designers and developers.

Measure value using relevant key performance indicators.
- A first-class communicator - communication is the foundation which makes success achievable.
- A collaborative team player - you will be working closely with our Project Manager, Designers and Developers, as well as directly with our clients.
- Analytical - you should be comfortable gathering and analysing information for timely decision making and problem solving in order to create the best products.
- Comfortable with pushing back and saying “No” when required.
- Highly focused.
- An ideas person with a hands-on approach.
- Incredibly organised, with strong project management skills.
