Canon EMEA is looking for a Digital IT Product Owner, who will be responsible for delivering and supporting new functionality on Canon EMEA Sites.
You will join our Information, Technology and Communications Group (ITCG) at our state of the art new offices in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.

Salary: between £49,128 and £58,486 dependent on experience plus 10% bonus

What we ask
As our Digital IT Product Owner on a day to day basis:
You will be the 'Point of Contact' for Escalation and Troubleshooting of 'Business As Usual' Issues.- You will be responsible for owning the resolution of issues raised with the IT Support Team.
- You will be responsible for supporting the Business Teams with regard to understanding site capabilities, and maximising Business and Customer opportunities.
- You will be supporting the Business Teams around Miscellaneous ITCG Content Projects.
- You will be the Owner of the instances of JIRA related to Projects you’re responsible for.
- You will be the Owner of the instances of Confluence related to Projects you’re responsible for.
- You will be responsible for Access Management related to Projects you’re responsible for.
- You will support the Discovery process, working towards the migration to the new e-Commerce Platform.
- You will write Confluence Articles for any New Functionality delivered.
- You will be responsible for launching features and their variations countries.
- You will be responsible for supporting Releases of new functionality.
- You will be responsible for Post-Release supporting Activity.
- You will ensure that new functionality delivered at launch meets the original requirements of the Business.
- You will provide necessary feedback after testing of new functionality in lower environments.
- Support Manager in preparation of Documentation for TIM/PAM/IIC and Capex Project Approval
- Support Manager in ensuring all Project Spend is reviewed and managed effectively
You will need
- You have demonstrable experience operating in e-Commerce Content Management roles.
- Understanding of e-Commerce and/or Multi-Channel Retail.
- You'll be highly articulate in Digital Project Management, with a good understanding of traffic drivers and you’ll bring a wealth of ideas to improve the online Customer experience.
- You’ll be adept at getting things done with a track record of influencing and working cross-functionally with a wide variety of Stakeholders and Teams.
- You’ll be adept at gathering appropriate data from a wide variety of sources, with strong analytical skills. You’ll be able to apply your understanding of Business and Customer requirements in your decision making.
- You'll be an Advanced Excel user.
- You’ll have a strong understanding of JIRA.
- You’ll have a good understanding of Confluence.
- You must have command of Business English with another European language considered an advantage.
- Travel may be required.

Salary: £49,128 - 58,486 plus 10% annual bonus
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office, and 2 days working from home.
