As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies to drive profitable growth in the local market.

Your key tasks would include:

  • Embarking on a quest to uncover local market drivers and exciting opportunities to ignite the product lineup.
  • Venturing into the realm of customers' hearts and minds with 'voice of the customer' research, unlocking the secrets of their needs.
  • Engaging in a battles of wits by conducting technical and commercial benchmarks to outshine the competition and claim victory.
  • Crafting powerful and compelling technical product briefs that will ensure the R&D team consistently innovate inline with a clear brief.
  • Forging alliances with suppliers, negotiating costs to meet group margin targets, alongside Supply Chain.
  • Mastering the art of the NPD/EPD process, guiding all new and existing products from concept to triumphant launch through the milestone process.
  • Communicating product positioning, features, and benefits with flair, empowering the wider Marketing team to create impressive content.
  • Rallying the local sales troops to embrace and champion your visionary ideas.
  • Conducting captivating training sessions, imparting your wisdom to both internal teams and external allies.
  • Supporting sales teams with product demonstrations, leading them to victories on the battlefield of sales.
  • Staying ahead of the industry by scouting market trends and rival actions, arming the business to stay ahead in the ever-changing landscape.

Requirements:

A degree in marketing or business administration
At least 3 years' proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager
Previous adventures in the B2B sector marketing physical products from concept to launch.
An unwavering can-do attitude.
