IAG Loyalty are super excited to be hiring for 2 x Graduate Analyst positions in our growing Pricing team – this is a fantastic opportunity to join the brand behind the iconic loyalty currency Avios.

The role

As our Graduate Pricing Analyst, you'll have an important role to play in across our Product portfolio. Your work will impact major airlines - British Airways, Aer Lingus, Iberia and Vueling – as well as exciting new ventures and growth opportunities we're soon to embark on.

Working as the conduit between the Product team and the Commercial team, the Pricing Team are at the heart of rewarding experiences. Our products are built brilliantly by listening to what the data says, a deep understanding of customers and a leading tech-stack, and our pricing approach and strategy underpins all of this.

You'll enjoy a varied role, from supporting the development of pricing strategies for products through to owning and continually developing our suite of reports, to dealing with ad-hoc questions from the business and providing actionable insights and recommendations.

You'll also research and analyse pricing best practices, both within and outside of the Travel/Loyalty sector and see how we can implement those practices to provide even more benefit to the business.

You'll also add value in this role by:

  • Assisting in developing compelling price propositions for IAG's membership bases across the world
  • Providing analytical and statistical modelling support; including ad hoc analysis when required
  • Conducting analysis of various competitive metrics across different products
  • Providing maintenance and development support of our pricing systems

You'll also add value in this role by:

You'll be perfect for this role if:

  • You have a relevant STEM related degree (some experience in SQL, SAS or Python is beneficial but they're not essential)
  • You have experience of working with and manipulating large data sets - we use Tableau, but it's fine if you have knowledge of other tools
  • You're a strong user of Excel
  • You are able to see patterns/trends in data
  • You have a passion and aptitude for data analysis with an inquisitive nature and desire to develop your skills further

This role will be based out of IAGL's London office (Thomas House, Eccleston Square, London). We have a flexible working policy where a blended approach is encouraged, with the focus on being in the correct location for the work that needs to be undertaken. This will involve a mix of office and home working.
