Role: Product Marketing Manager, Growth
Location: 100% remote
Responsibilities:
· Develop the growth strategy for Procore’s free product offerings, applying product-led tactics to optimize for trial, conversion, and upsell
· Partner with the Product team to advance Procore’s product-led strategy, supporting the packaging, launch, and activation of freemium and starter offerings
· Manage the free-to-paid conversion funnel, collaborating with the Product team to optimize self-serve conversion and collaborating with Revenue teams to deliver and close product qualified leads
· Be the voice of the customer, building differential value propositions, product positioning and messaging for Procore’s free solutions
· Collaborate with other product marketers and customer marketing teams to activate freemium users, create stickiness, and generate opportunities for upsell
· Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, actioning insights of alternative solutions and sharing knowledge with cross-functional teams
· Own the internal and external-facing messages for releases, ensuring clear differentiated value and a solutions focus in all communications
· Work with Product and UX teams to gather user feedback, do user testing and conduct surveys to help with the positioning of new and existing product capabilities
Requirements:
· 8+ years relevant experience
· 5+ years product marketing experience
· Storytellers who can articulate the value of Procore through our product
· Experience developing customer-centric marketing & research strategies
· Experience bringing said strategies to life in a cross functional and distributed working environment.
· While direct construction experience isn’t necessary, a sincere curiosity for to learn the construction industry is mandatory
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
