Your Mission
Acquired, a dynamic and rapidly growing online payments company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a leading payments provider, we empower forward-thinking businesses to effortlessly accept and process payments, unlocking new opportunities for growth and success.
As a Product Marketing Manager at Acquired, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our innovative payment solutions. Your expertise in product marketing and your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will help shape and communicate our value proposition to a diverse array of industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans. Leverage your deep understanding of the payments industry to drive awareness, adoption, and customer engagement.
- Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Utilise insights to inform product strategy and drive differentiation. Monitor industry developments to proactively identify opportunities and challenges.
- Content creation and communication: Create persuasive and engaging marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, sales enablement materials, and website content. Craft compelling narratives that highlight the value and benefits of our payment solutions.
- Sales enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to equip them with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospects and customers. Conduct product training sessions and develop sales enablement resources.
- Product launches and campaigns: Lead product launches and marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination across marketing channels. Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive product adoption.
- Customer advocacy: Foster strong relationships with customers and partners, leveraging their success stories to showcase the benefits of Acquired's payment solutions. Gather customer feedback to influence product roadmap and continuously improve customer experience.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS business.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans, product positioning, and messaging strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and design.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
