As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the team to run continuous discovery and iterative delivery and ensure we drive key results for the business.
We are looking for someone who has deep experience of the entire software development lifecycle from ideation through post launch. We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, passionate about continuous improvement, process efficiency and people empowerment.

Job Purpose:
- Take ownership of one or more products, working collaboratively with third parties and other stakeholders
- Bring in strategic direction, domain knowledge and customer insights into the team to ensure they reach the best solution together.
- Maximise the value delivered to customers / stakeholders by identifying, scoping and prioritising work.
- Communicate continuously with stakeholders to ensure that overall scope and priorities are aligned to the business goals.
- Translate the product vision and business strategy into an outcome-based roadmap for your team calling out the key themes and problems to solve now, next and in the future
- Actively validate customer’s problems via continuous discovery (talking to clients), research and experimentation
- Working with stakeholders and customers; identify business problems to be solved using data-informed approaches
- Work with the team to provide high quality work for every sprint, including both functional and non-functional acceptance criteria.
- Provide supportive context as necessary, including business processes, storyboards, wireframes, conceptual data models and use cases
- Participate in all aspects of agile working (stand-ups, backlog management, planning meetings, reviews and retrospectives)
- Work with experts and leaders from across the business and develop a deep understanding of business problems so that you can translate their requirements and needs for the team
- Ensure that the team is given clear guidance on the task at hand and has appropriately skilled resource to complete that task
- Agree the timescales with the appropriate teams and ensure that these meet customer expectations
- Contribute to an open, creative and collaborative culture where everyone feels accountable for shaping the future of the business.
Key Experiences and Behaviours
- A demonstrable track record of making a positive difference in Product Management roles
- Experience owning a product strategy and defining product roadmaps
- Excellent analytical skills, being able to set leading metrics for success
- Experience working in a cross-functional team, facilitating brainstorming and ideation sessions
- Confidence running client interviews and usability sessions
- Degree level education (or equivalent experience) in a subject / field with a mathematical, scientific, computing or engineering content.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Confidence to present to the entire company and be a product evangelist
- People management experience
- Experience working in dual track discovery / delivery mode
- An ability to apply logical, analytical and innovative thinking on a range of technical problems
- Experience with predictive analytics, advanced analytical, machine learning or artificial intelligence
- Able to interpret complex business requirements, translating them into analytical problems and deliver high value insights and information.
- An understanding of digital technology trends
- A curious mindset coupled with keen enthusiasm for problem solving, innovation, and learning through the act of doing
