LHH Recruitment Solutions are representing a valued client in East Sussex to recruit a Global Senior HR Business Partner.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Leader with change management experience to join a growing and dynamic organisation and make a significant contribution to its success.
What You Will Do:
- Specifically acting as a Business Partner to VP of UK & Europe, and the Management team.
- Support and implement a global HR strategy that supports the company's business goals and objectives
- Work with senior leaders to identify and address HR issues, including recruitment, retention, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations globally, with a particular focus in the UK, USA and Italy. In order to support upcoming change programmes in these countries.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and support employee development and growth.
- Work with the newly created Global Talent Manager role to lead the recruitment and selection process for key roles across the organisation, ensuring a diverse and inclusive approach.
- Mentor (manage where direct report) and develop the HR team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver HR support to the business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
- Support the development and implementation of training and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Develop, monitor and report on HR metrics, including turnover, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion.
- Act as a change management expert and trouble-shooter, going in to manage change when required in various locations.
Who we are looking for:

- Significant experience in human resources, including time spent in a global leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in UK, USA, Italy and other global locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in change management and troubleshooting in the UK, USA and Italy.
- CIPD qualification is essential.
