The Role
As a Product Manager at Robin AI, your role will be to deeply understand our users’ biggest problems and deliver products to solve those problems. You’ll collaborate with every team in the company, especially our world-class engineering team, to deliver cutting-edge, user-friendly, machine learning-powered software that makes lives easier for anyone who uses our software. You will be responsible for laying out the vision and strategy for your product squad, owning and refining the product roadmap and leading the team to build the greatest possible experience for our users. You’ll constantly be seeking out ways to get user feedback and use it to improve the product. You’ll analyse data to understand opportunities for growth. You’ll make difficult prioritisation and execution decisions for the team. You’ll own the product decisions made by your squad. Robin AI has an ambitious vision of what the future of legal work could be, and you’ll be a crucial part of driving our company toward that vision. Success will be defined by how well you are able to understand customer needs and by how effectively your product squad is able to build products to meet those needs. Ultimately, Robin AI will succeed based on your product squad’s ability to deliver a product that moves important company metrics.
Tech Stack
Responsibilities
Set the product vision and strategy and own the product roadmap
Talk to customers and work with customer-facing teams to gather feedback and establish a deep understanding of customer pain points and opportunities
Gather feature requirements and prioritise engineering work based on those requirements
Collaborate closely with our engineering team to share requirements, and design and build solutions
Work cross-functionally to communicate your product vision and share mutual learnings that lead the team to finding right answers
Identify roadblocks and relentlessly work to eliminate them
Set and track OKRs and metrics to guide decision-making and show progress
Lead recurring engineering SCRUM meetings
Your Skills
You have at least 2 years of experience in a product role
You know how to talk to customers and achieve deep customer empathy
You can demonstrate you are an expert at integrating customer feedback into product requirements and prioritising technical work
You have excellent communication skills
You are organised; you constantly look for ways to improve processes
You’ve managed software products at an early stage, finding product-market fit and ideally one of them was a B2B SaaS product
Your instinct is to find data to aid decision-making whenever possible
You have experience handling the uncertainty and risk inherent in launching new software products
You pay attention to detail
