Product Manager, £650 per day (Outside IR35), 6 Months, Surrey Hybrid (1 day in office 4 day remote)

Next ventures are working with a global automotive company that are going through a large scale global technology transformation. We are looking to add a contract Product Manager to an existing team delivering cutting edge products to their flagship brand in the US.

The purpose of the role will be to lead the development and opportunities for Insight and Analytical capability for a Product Domain. The Product Manager will manage stakeholder requirements.

Skills needed:

• 5+ years as a Product Manager
• Experience in Agile project execution. Able to manage and coordinate complex tasks and project schedules as well as develop and execute a rollout plan. Proven experience in leading and delivering end to end projects independently
• Emotionally resilient and able to deal with ambiguity and complexity
• Collaborative team leadership, both remotely and on location, delegation, personnel management
• Ability to influence and engage senior geographically and culturally diverse stakeholders moving them toward a common vision or goal
• Strong collaboration skills demonstrating the ability to work harmoniously and productively with all disciplines
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal with the ability to translate highly technical projects into business- friendly terms. Able to instill an excitement about and engagement with Technology Transformation.
