You'll collaborate with Product and Technology teams to develop the technical strategy and roadmap for our Identity platform. You'll holistically lead the product management process from research, product planning and build, through to launch and implementation of a diverse and highly sophisticated system, through prioritisation and formulation of strategic goals.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead product development of M&S Identity platform.
- Demonstrate a good level of understanding of both the software development process, and the full technology stack understanding how your product interacts with other product teams and all areas of the business.
- Work collaboratively across M&S, particularly with wider product team, technology delivery, and engineering.
- Accountable for the prioritisation of a backlog of work balancing collaborator requirements, optimising existing features, removing technical debt, and identifying quick wins vs pivotal initiatives.
- Contribute to each quarterly prioritisation process and refine the high-level product roadmap, communicating it to wider teams and partners on a regular basis.
- Set clear objectives and key results for new features, working in conjunction with analytics if required. Encourage the team to meet these commitments by connecting goals to the broader product and channel vision and articulating the value of the work.
- Work with the Technical Programme Manager scrum master to inspect and adapt the teams working practices to suit the product lifecycle optimising value delivery.
- Lead the business readiness for your features, collaborating closely with all parties involved to clearly communicate what will be released and when.
- Assume shared accountability for the operational health of your product, reporting on agreed performance metrics.
What Makes You Remarkable
- Good understanding of software development practices, and current digital development technologies.
- Understanding of Identity products or other relevant authentication technology.
- Ability to develop and deliver product strategies, roadmaps, product launch, and optimisation.
- Experience of leading successful delivery in an Agile software environment.
- Effective communication across technical and non-technical business users.
- Connecting and bringing people together, help make improvements even in areas you do not own.
- Previous experience working with backend or internal products.
