Job description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to join our team.

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the product vision, strategy, and execution for our innovative B2B2C platform that uses machine learning to leverage financial and behavioural data. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of successfully rolling out products, with experience in building and managing AI infrastructure and projects.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy, with a strong focus on strategic decision-making and framework utilization.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify new market opportunities and inform the product roadmap.
  • Define product requirements and prioritize features based on business objectives, customer needs, and AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and data scientists to ensure successful development, deployment, and infrastructure scalability of AI models and algorithms.
  • Utilize relevant frameworks and methodologies to assess success, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure the impact of releases.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure the product meets the needs of our B2B2C customers.
  • Communicate product updates, roadmap, and strategic insights to internal stakeholders and external customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully rolling out B2B2C or AI products.
  • Experience in developing processes and infrastructure, across the product lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, as well as their practical implementation in product development.
  • Proficiency in strategic thinking and decision-making, with knowledge of frameworks and methodologies to guide product strategy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for creating products that solve real-world problems.
