We have a fantastic opportunity available to join our Drivers Team at Carrs Pasties Ltd. Carrs Pasties is a company steeped in history, dating back to 1938 over three generations of family ownership.

Working rota:

• Thursday to Monday 7am to 3pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive a variety of vehicles up to a weight of 3.5t.
• Deliver stock to our retail shops
• Load, unload, prepare and inspect the bakery products. Checking that the boxed orders match the order and delivery invoice.
• Ensure that the bakery products arrive at the customer location in a pristine / quality condition.
• Load frozen products, ensuring the amounts match the manifest, and are secure during transport.
• Inspect the delivery vehicle making sure that it is safe and well presented at all times, accurately completing the vehicle logs and reports.
• Ensure vehicles are kept clean and sanitised.
• Prepare stock for next day
• You maybe required to support other departments during quiet driving periods.
• Full training given for all company policy and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.41 per hour
