Job Description


The role

As a Group Product Manager you will be responsible for helping manage a talented team and drive the strategy for our secure storage and tokenization products. Ensuring we can store sensitive information safely for our valued customers.

Joining Checkout.com as a Group Product Manager means working on a world-class product used by some of the biggest companies worldwide. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to drive innovation, add astronomical value to our merchants, and directly influence Checkout.com's scalability and growth.

You'll take the reins in managing a team of 4 accomplished product managers, with an extended scope encompassing multiple engineering teams consisting of around 20-25 brilliant minds. As a product leader at Checkout.com, your impact will be significant, as you take full ownership of steering the department's strategic direction and executing key objectives and results.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Defining and delivering the overall Vault team strategy and the associated Product delivery roadmap
  • Understanding the needs of our customers and translation of those needs into product specifications
  • Defining, Measuring and tracking the success of our Vault products and delivering the commercial targets
  • Lead a team of product managers, grow their skills and help them deliver the product ambitions
  • Collaborating with the other Product teams to ensure Vault products meet the in needs of internal teams
  • Working with Engineering to ensure the technology offering can support the needs of our customers
  • Working with Stakeholders in commercial and operations to ensure the product can be sold and operated successfully
  • Working with Product Marketing to ensure we can articulate and promote the benefits our Vault products

Qualifications


What we’re looking for

  • Have lead complex Product areas that have required you to work cross functionally across many teams and domains
  • Experience managing a team of Product Managers
  • Ideally have a technical background and are comfortable with technical detail and working very closely with engineering teams (Any exposure to SaaS or customer API’s would be a plus)
  • Experience working at the system level, comfortable with understanding how system design and architecture can enable internal and external benefits
  • Able to translate customers needs into clear actionable solutions across complex technical and regulatory environments
