As the Master Vendor team within Maxxima grows, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join the team.
As the Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of the team's implementations. You will work closely with the implementation team and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role.
Every day you will…
- Collaborate with the project lead to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Monitor and track project timelines, and budgets and identify and resolve any potential issues
- Conduct regular project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share best practices within the project management team

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…
- Experience in delivering to deadlines
- Confident and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation
- Experience in project management, recruitment or the healthcare industry is desired but not essential
