Job description
2023 is an exciting time for Age UK, we are developing a new organisational strategy and enhancing the digital experiences that we offer.
We are looking for an ambitious Digital Product Manager to be the main point of contact for our volunteering team and third-party developers. This role will be instrumental in creating a roadmap of change which delivers excellent value for both National Age UK and the local partners.
Age UK is a federated charity with over 125 brand partners across England and Wales. Our brand partners vary in size and digital maturity and together we provide a wide range of services to help people in later life throughout the UK.
We support both our national Age UK divisions that require volunteers and our Local Age UK partners with recruiting, supporting and retaining volunteers. We have recently launched our volunteer hub to make it easier to support volunteers and volunteer managers on a local and national level.

Age UK is a large and complex charity, so you need a collaborative mind-set and stakeholder management experience. Communicating and managing expectations is something you love doing. You will work closely with our Services team, Digital Network manager, internal developers and three agencies.
You will play an instrumental role in shaping how we manage digital products at Age UK, be data-driven, champion Agile ways of working and be a source of knowledge on product management, helping to inspire others and embed best practice.
This role is offered on a Hybrid / London contract and will include occasional travel to our modern co-working hub in East London.
