Shift patterns: Sunday to Thursday, Days
Location: Bristol (BS34 5TA)
DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Transport FLM to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods, dispatching orders and tracking transportation vehicles.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Responsibility for the day to day management of the Home Delivery team
- Promoting the excellent standards required and to exceed the KPI levels set by the customer
- To organise the trainers calendar on a week to week basis and strive to be the best Cluster in the Country
- To engage with the team and promote Health and Safety across all the tasks we complete
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Preferred previous experience of home delivery environment
- IT Literate
- Essential communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Proactive approach to transport delivery and problem solving, positive attitude and determination
