Developers, researchers, engineers and designers all working together to help build a more expansive – and more inclusive – future for all of us.As a Product Designer, you’ll be responsible for defining, designing, researching, prototyping, and implementing new features as well as future iterations. We're looking for a designer who isn't afraid to jump in and explore new challenges. You have a balance of interaction design, visual design, and product thinking skills. You are customer obsessed and research driven. You’re a natural collaborator and can work independently and in a team environment.


Product Designer, Workrooms Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content strategists
  • Lead and contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams
  • Help establish design processes to align cross-functional teams
  • Own the end-to-end design (interaction, visual, etc.) across multiple features and projects
  • Give and solicit feedback from others to raise the quality and craftsmanship of the product
  • Present designs, prototypes and concepts to cross functional partners and stakeholders
  • Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure features launch at the highest quality
  • Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies



Minimum Qualifications:

  • A portfolio of work that demonstrates a breadth of visual design, interaction design and product thinking skills
  • Experience in building and shipping software with an ambiguous scope or at the level of large features/products that encompass an end-to-end experience across a variety of platforms
  • Experience leading product direction and strategic thinking while developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company
  • Experience working in a technical environment
  • Experience representing work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts
  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, research and data to drive decision making



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing in 3D and for augmented, virtual or mixed reality technologies
  • Experience shipping 0-1 products from early concepting to launch and iteration
  • Experience designing software integrations into new hardware
  • Experience designing software for businesses, work collaboration and communication
