Job description
We're hiring a Product Designer with experience in UX, product design, and management.
This ideal teammate is passionate about creating user-friendly products that meet the needs of our users.
You'll work closely with customers, developers, and others to create and execute complete product designs.

A Day In The Life
- Develop and execute design concepts for new products and features
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts
- Work with development teams to ensure design feasibility and to provide design support during development
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and quality across products and platforms
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data-product UX/UI design & development
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, process, and impact on products
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision or Principle
- Strong understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
