Product Coordinator
Permanent
Full Time – 35 hours per week
Salary: £24,000 - £27,500 DOE + benefits package
Home based in England, Scotland or Wales with occasional travel
About the role
The role works collaboratively across Enginuity functions and departments to ensure EAL products remain fit for purpose throughout their life cycle. Also that the products that we offer are accessible on a range of systems which include SAP, Smarter Touch and regulators systems for EAL registered centres (FE colleges, private training providers, employers) and learners (learners aged from 16 (including adult learners), apprentices, full/part time learners who choose to use our products.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead on projects relating to the set up and quality assurance of EAL products and you’ll produce statistical information for both internal teams and external stakeholders which will include but is not restricted to, Product and Technical Development departmental managers, Compliance team and Regulatory bodies (Ofqual, SQA, CCEA, QW).
You will also maintain related qualification documentation to ensure that it remains compliant with the regulations and EAL’s Branding.
What we’re looking for
- Operational experience of SAP system
- Highly proficient in the use of software tools including MS word and Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Organisation and filing of multiple electronic documents and files including version control
- Able to produce high quality and accurate reports, documents, and materials to agreed deadlines with a high level of attention to detail and to brand guidelines
- Building strong effective working relationships to determine needs and requirements
- Continually look for areas for improvement or efficiency within the current systems, processes, policies, and feedback to the Product Team
- Work to Departmental KPIs
- Self-motivated with excellent time management, planning, prioritisation, organisational and administrative skills
- Previous experience working in an administrative support role in a fast -paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication, adaptable
Other skills which would be desirable however not needed to apply for the role
- Experience working within awarding organisation or vocational education sector
- Experience of qualification regulators data and operational systems
- Previous experience of remote/ home working
- Working for EAL/Enginuity Group
